I’m Matthew Chuen, a London-based Web3 strategist and growth marketer working at the intersection of technology, decentralisation, and digital storytelling. I build ecosystems, scale communities, and shape narratives for projects defining the next wave of Web3 and AI innovation.

I’ve spent close to a decade working in Web3. I got into it after reading Satoshi’s white paper and later Ethereum’s, realising it was the start of something bigger than speculation. Since then, I’ve helped build ecosystems, design token economies, and scale projects that sit at the edge of what’s next. I care about connecting good ideas with structure, compliance, and storytelling so they can turn into things people actually use and believe in.
I studied Psychology and English Language at the University of Hertfordshire, which gave me a strong foundation for understanding people and behaviour. That background has shaped how I approach growth, storytelling, and strategy. Over the years I’ve worked across Web3, DeFi, gaming, and fintech, leading marketing, legal, and commercial functions to help teams scale responsibly and with intent.
